Our story.
For a long time, I believed that you had to travel far to discover incredible landscapes and unique flavors. That the most beautiful emotions were hidden on the other side of the plane. After all, smile is indeed an anagram of miles .
And then I learned that surprises are even bigger when they come from things you thought you knew by heart. You know, the coin-found-in-your-winter-coat effect.
So I swapped the plane for the regional train. The direction of travel and the window side, of course. And I was surprised by our picturesque villages and culinary landscapes.
Now convinced that the best is not elsewhere, I want - with Halto - to make you (re)discover our marvelous taste heritage through subtle but impactful associations. And perhaps a small part of the answer to global warming lies here, in our rediscovered ability to drink the unexpected from the already seen.
The meaning of the agreement

And then there are the more daring ones, which are as surprising as they are delicious. Like a Comté and chocolate or a grilled strawberry and bacon. Simply to die for.
The encounter between the power of rum and regional tradition is no exception. Indeed, from now on, AOC Martinique agricultural rum blends perfectly with emblems of our culinary heritage.
Instead of the over-seen fruit rum, Halto has opted for originality: Nougat from Montélimar , Candied Lemon from Menton , Candied Chestnut from Ardèche , etc., so many local treasures revisited with precision. Sweet promises of discovering France as you have never tasted it before.
